Hearne is a city in Robertson County Texas. The population was 4,690 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Bryan-College Station metropolitan area. Known as "The Crossroads Of Texas," Hearne is nestled at the crossroads of three major highways as well as two major Union Pacific Railroad lines, and is just 25 miles from Bryan-College Staion.
